Here's another black eyed pea dish that is great for organic and vegetarian living. It can be used as a breakfast main course or side dish.
Ingredients:
2 tsp. red or black pepper
1 medium onion
1 small bag of black eyed peas
Preparation:
Prepare black eyed peas the same way u did the moyin-moyin
Mixture should be thick like cake mix
Fry mixture in veg. oil turning when one side browns
